Eligible items may be returned for store credit only. 

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. 

Sale items, gift cards, free or promotional (gift with purchase) items, swimwear, bodysuits, under garments and accessories are FINAL SALE and not eligible for a return. Prim LLC will not accept any returns after 14 days. Once your item has been received and reviewed, you will receive store credit via email. 

Store credit expires after 1 year. 

Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, odor or wear) with all Lylah and Bee Boutique LLC and product tags attached. We do not accept items that are worn, washed, altered or that fall underneath the aforementioned items that are ineligible for returns. 

PLEASE NOTE: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. 

We will only cover the cost of returns 2 times in a calendar year, thus return shipping costs after the 2nd return are the customer's responsibility.

A restocking fee of 50% will be assessed on orders that are: 

  • Refused by the customer at the time of delivery or 
  • Returned due to an undeliverable address

DEFECTIVE/ DAMAGED ITEMS

Defective/damaged items must be reported within 2 days of package receipt, if not reported we will not issue store credit. If you believe you have received incorrect merchandise, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

If you received a defective/damaged item or incorrect item, we would happily replace it. 

Faulty items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size (if still available). Please contact customer service FIRST by sending an email to Lylahandbee@gmail.com — we will ask you to take a picture of what you have received for verification purposes.
